The pillow

What are the dimensions?

63 × 40 cm. The profile has two working heights: 11 cm along the higher edge and 9 cm along the lower edge. The pillow weighs approximately 1.2 kg.

Which side do I sleep on?

Use the 11 cm edge when you sleep on your side — the extra height fills the gap between your ear and your shoulder. Use the 9 cm edge when you sleep on your back. If you change position during the night, most people settle on the height that suits the position they spend most of the night in.

What are the five zones?

Head cradle, neck support, cervical arch, shoulder relief, and arm rests. They are moulded into the foam block itself, not added as separate layers.

What is it made of?

The core is 60D memory foam. The cover is a knit fabric cut to follow the contour of the pillow.

Is the cover washable?

Yes. The cover is removable and machine washable. Wash cool and let it air dry. The foam core itself should not be washed or soaked — spot clean it if needed.

Will it feel hard?

Memory foam feels firm for the first minute and then softens to your body temperature. 60D is a denser foam than a budget pillow, which is why it holds the contour instead of collapsing flat under your head.

How long does it take to get used to?

A contour pillow changes where your head sits, so the first few nights can feel unfamiliar even when the height is correct. Most people report it stops feeling new within a week or two.

Does it come flat in the box?

The pillow is compressed for shipping and expands once unpacked. Give it up to 24 hours to reach its full shape before judging the height.

Is this a medical product?

No. The SELVELL Loft is a pillow, not a medical device, and we make no medical claims for it. If you have persistent neck, shoulder or back pain, please speak to a qualified clinician.

Ordering and delivery

What does shipping cost?

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, in every country we ship to.

Where do you ship?

Spain, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States, and a set of additional international destinations. If your country appears at checkout, we ship there.

How long does delivery take?

Spain: 5-8 business days. European Union: 7-12 business days. Rest of world: 8-14 business days. All orders are tracked from dispatch.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as quickly as you can. If the order has not yet been dispatched we can usually change or cancel it. Once it has shipped, the returns process applies instead.

Do I pay customs or import duties?

For destinations outside the European Union, any import duties or taxes charged by your country are set by that country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot calculate or prepay them.

Can I return the pillow?

What payment methods do you accept?

Every method shown at checkout. The available methods depend on your country and are displayed before you pay.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payment is processed over an encrypted connection by Shopify's payment infrastructure. We never see or store your full card number.
