Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period

The period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party you named other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.

How to withdraw

To exercise this right you must tell us of your decision in a clear statement. You can do that by sending a message through our Contact page. Include your order number, the date you ordered, the date you received the pillow, and your name.

You may use the model wording below, but you are not obliged to.

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale for the following goods: SELVELL Loft contour pillow. Ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name of consumer: [name]. Order number: [number]. Date: [date].

To meet the withdrawal deadline it is enough for you to send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery. Since we ship free of charge, there is no outbound delivery cost to reimburse.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

We will use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Returning the goods

You must send the goods back without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal. Contact us first and we will give you the return address.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Sealed hygiene goods

Where goods are supplied sealed for reasons of hygiene and the seal has been broken after delivery, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply. Our own 30-day return policy may still apply in that situation — see the Returns page.
