Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this store and any order you place with SELVELL. By placing an order you accept them.

1. The store

This store sells the SELVELL Loft contour pillow. We may change the products offered, their descriptions and their prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders already accepted.

2. Placing an order

When you complete checkout you make an offer to buy. The order confirmation email acknowledges that offer. The contract is formed when we dispatch the goods.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is unavailable, if a price or description was clearly wrong, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT where we are required to charge it. Shipping is free on all orders.

Payment is taken at checkout through the methods shown there. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Orders delivered outside the European Union may attract import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Delivery

Delivery times shown on the Shipping page are estimates in business days after dispatch, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

You are responsible for giving a complete and correct delivery address. We can correct an address before dispatch but not after.

5. Returns and withdrawal

Our return conditions are set out on the Returns page. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, your statutory right of withdrawal is described on the Right of Withdrawal page. Nothing in these terms reduces your statutory rights.

6. Product information

We describe the pillow's dimensions, materials and construction as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative and colours can vary between screens.

The SELVELL Loft is a pillow, not a medical device. Nothing on this store is medical advice or a claim to treat, diagnose or prevent any condition. If you have a persistent neck, shoulder or back problem, consult a qualified clinician.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this store unlawfully, not to attempt to interfere with its operation or security, and not to copy or reuse its content, images or branding without our permission.

8. Intellectual property

The SELVELL name, logo, product photography, page copy and store design belong to us and are protected. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

9. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, our liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs delay, extreme weather, industrial action and failures of communications networks.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here when you place your order is the version that applies to it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your own country's courts.
